Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our 3D printed products, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly not as described.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at layernaut3d@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds

Once we receive your claim and verify the issue, we will offer:

  • A replacement product at no extra cost, or
  • A full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs if applicable

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval and issued via the original payment method.

Custom Orders

Custom orders or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Please ensure your order details are correct before confirming your purchase.

Shipping Returns

If you are asked to return a product, you will be provided with instructions and a return shipping address.

Return shipping costs may be covered by Layernaut3D if the return is due to our error (defect, damage, wrong item).
